Back to Base Computer Repair and Service
- Involves you disconnecting your computer (or laptop) and then packaging it so that our courier can pick up your computer.
- The courier will then deliver your computer to our workshop for repair. We will fix your computer and then send it back to you.
- Best for problems related to hardware inside your computer case.
- Best for problems involving either a combination of hardware and software, external hardware or network problems.
- We strongly recommend this service for first time clients as it allows your Nerd to assess your computer system and take a complete inventory of your computer.
