FAQ: Why we are not a Computer Repair Shop

We do computer repairs but we are not a computer shop.

Often we have customers ask us why when we repair so many computers don't we have a specific computer repair shop. Given we have computer repair workshops in multiple locations across Sydney it seems logical to open computer repair shops to compliment them.

The reason we are not is that having a computer repair shop will only increase costs for our customers. A computer repair shop necessarily has additional costs that we do not incur while providing you a high level of computer repair service. These include things such as:

• paying for rent
• paying for a staff member to look after the repair shop even when there are no customers
• Paying for insurance for the computer repair shop
  

The list goes on. So although we don't want to be negative about having a shop, we are putting off opening a computer repair shop for as long as possible to keep costs down for our customers.
